THE CASCADES

The Cascades, located at 45586 McIntosh Drive in Chilliwack, provides a range of housing and care options for seniors. Upon completion of the second phase, the residential care component, The Cascades will offer 48 assisted living units and 120 residential care beds, including 10 hospice beds, as part of the campus of care.

 

The Province, through BC Housing, will provide up to $256,500 annually to support 45 of the 48 assisted living units. Fraser Health will provide $854,000 annually for the personal care services and a portion of the hospitality services for 45 of the 48 assisted living units. Fraser Health will also be subsidizing 85 complex care and 10 hospice beds for a total of 95 of the 120 residential care beds.
