The Cycling Infrastructure Partnerships Program (CIPP) is a program operated by the Ministry of Transportation that leverages provincial funding with community partners to construct new bike lanes in every region of British Columbia.
The program has a budget of $2 million for the 2006-07 fiscal year. Funding varies by project to a maximum contribution of $250,000 per project.
This year, 18 projects will add more than 22 km of new trails in 12 communities across the province. These communities are:

4.1 km separated bike path, Central Valley Greenway, $200,000

Coldstream
0.4 km separated bike path, Palfrey Dr., $12,200
Courtenay

Langley
1.3 km bike lanes, Fraser Highway, $165,400
Maple Ridge
1.6 km shoulder bikeway, Dewdney Trunk Rd., $35,500
Prince George
0.2 km separated bike path, Heritage River Trail underpass, $240,600
Quesnel
1.4 km separated bike path, Campus Connector, $144,000
Saanich
0.6 km bike lanes, West Saanich Rd. near Royal Oak Shopping Mall, $47,000
0.2 km bike lanes, Admirals Rd. near Cowper St., $80,000
Vancouver
2.0 km separated bike path, Central Valley Greenway – Section 3, $250,000
Vernon
