Evergreen Timbers, at 5464 203rd Street in Langley, is a four-storey building with three wood-framed levels and a concrete main floor and parkade. Evergreen Timbers has 58 assisted living units funded under Independent Living BC.
Residents receive a full spectrum of quality services including two meals per day, laundry and general housekeeping, personal care services, a 24-hour response service, and social and recreational opportunities. The units are spacious one-bedroom suites and are wheelchair accessible to accommodate aging in place and persons with disabilities.
The new development also includes two
elevators, a dining room lounge, multi purpose theatre, amenities hall and a
library with an internet area. Evergreen Timbers is part of a larger seniors’
