•           Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General

•           BC Housing Corporation

•           Ministry of Children and Family Development (if youth)

•           Vancouver Coastal Health Authority

•           Vancouver Island Health Authority

•           Fraser Health Authority

•           Northern Health Authority

•           Interior Health Authority

•           Community Living BC

Support Programs Resources

Specific services are needed on a case-by-case basis to alleviate chronic homelessness including:

•           Housing

•           Addictions treatment

•           Health including mental and physical

•           Income assistance

•           Employment

•           Others as may be identified on a case by case basis

Progress will be monitored by the province on a daily basis to make responsive and adaptive changes to rules and procedures that are not working, and target incentives and resources to resolving homelessness. Measures and targets will be tracked through the community teams and the reduction targets for the chronically homeless population will need to be determined on a community-by-community basis. Additional targets will be established for the people that are already in shelters and longer-term housing arrangements.
