VICTORIA – The conflict of interest commissioner’s report on former B.C. premier Glen Clark was tabled in the legislature today by Attorney General Geoff Plant.
H.A.D. Oliver’s report into whether Clark breached the Conflict of Interest Act in connection with the granting of approval-in-principle of a gaming licence for the North Burnaby Inn is dated Jan. 25, 2001. It was released after all the appeal periods relating to the legal case involving Clark and Dimitrios Pilarinos expired on Monday.
